    How to: Step-up on Box

    1. Stand facing the box with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Step up with one foot, pressing through the heel to lift your body onto the box.
    3. Bring your other foot up to meet the first on the box.
    4. Step back down one foot at a time and repeat.
