    How to: StrongMan Iron Block Press

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding the iron block at shoulder height.
    2. Press the block overhead until your arms are fully extended.
    3. Lower the block back to shoulder height in a controlled manner.
    4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
