How to: StrongMan Tire Flip
Stand in front of the tire with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Squat down and grasp the bottom of the tire with both hands.
Use your legs and core to lift the tire upward, pushing through your heels.
Flip the tire over by pushing it with your shoulders while maintaining a strong posture.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
