How to: Two Legs Hammer Curl with Towel
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, holding a towel with both hands.
Keep your shoulders relaxed and arms extended down.
Bend your elbows, curling the towel towards your shoulders while keeping your elbows in place.
Squeeze your biceps at the top of the curl, then slowly lower back to the starting position.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
