    How to: Band straight back seated row

    1. Sit on the floor with your legs extended in front of you and a resistance band secured around your feet.
    2. Hold the ends of the band with both hands, arms extended in front of you.
    3. Engage your core and pull the band towards your torso, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
    4. Slowly return to the starting position, fully extending your arms.
    5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

    Common Mistakes

    • Rounding the back during the exercise.
    • Pulling with the arms instead of engaging the back muscles.
