    How to: Barbell Complex Stiff Leg Deadlift Clean Step

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, gripping the barbell with both hands.
    2. Keep your chest up and your back straight as you hinge at your hips, lowering the barbell down along your legs.
    3. Lower until you feel a stretch in your hamstrings, then engage your glutes and hamstrings to pull the barbell back up to the starting position.
