How to: Barbell Palms Up Wrist Curl Over A Bench
Sit on a bench and rest your forearms on the bench with your wrists hanging off the edge.
Grip the barbell with your palms facing up.
Curl the barbell upwards by flexing at the wrists, lifting the bar towards your body.
Squeeze at the top of the movement, then slowly lower the barbell back to the starting position.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

Using too much weight, which can lead to poor form.
Not fully extending or flexing the wrists during the movement.
Allowing the elbows to lift off the bench.
