How to: Bent knee Lying Twist (On Stability Ball)
Sit on a stability ball and walk your feet forward until your back is resting on the ball.
Bend your knees at a 90-degree angle and keep your feet flat on the ground.
With your hands behind your head, twist your torso to the right, engaging your obliques.
Return to the center before twisting to the left.
Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
