How to: Bodyweight Step-up on Stepbox
Stand in front of a step box with your feet hip-width apart.
Place your right foot on the center of the step box.
Push through your right heel to lift your body up onto the step.
Slowly lower back down to the starting position with your left foot.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
Common Mistakes
Not keeping the knee aligned with the ankle.
