How to: Cable Curl with Multipurpose V bar
Attach a multipurpose V bar to a low pulley on a cable machine.
Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart, holding the V bar with both hands.
Keep your elbows close to your body, and curl the bar toward your shoulders while contracting your biceps.
Lower the bar back to the starting position with control.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
Common Mistakes

Letting the elbows flare out during the movement.
Not fully extending the arms at the bottom of the movement.
