How to: Cable Lying Triceps Extension (with Rope)
Set the cable at a high position with a rope attachment.
Lie flat on your back on a bench with your arms extended above your head.
Grab the rope with both hands, keeping elbows close to your head.
Slowly bend your elbows to bring the rope towards your forehead.
Extend your arms back to the starting position and repeat.
