How to: Chest Stretch with Exercise Ball
Sit on the exercise ball with your feet flat on the floor.
Slowly lean back on the ball, allowing your chest to open up.
Extend your arms out to the sides, keeping elbows slightly bent.
Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds while breathing deeply.
Return to the starting position and repeat as desired.
