    How to: Exercise Ball Lat Stretch

    1. Sit on the stability ball with your feet flat on the ground.
    2. Lean to one side, extending your arm overhead towards the opposite side.
    3. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, feeling the stretch in your side.
    4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
