    How to: Extension And Inclination Neck Stretch

    1. Stand or sit with a straight back, keeping your shoulders relaxed.
    2. Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.
    3. Hold this position for 15-30 seconds, feeling a stretch along the opposite side of your neck.
    4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
