How to: Extension And Inclination Neck Stretch
Stand or sit with a straight back, keeping your shoulders relaxed.
Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.
Hold this position for 15-30 seconds, feeling a stretch along the opposite side of your neck.
Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
