How to: Neck Flexor And Rotational Stretch
Start by sitting or standing in a comfortable position.
Gently tilt your neck to one side until you feel a stretch.
Hold this position for 15-30 seconds while breathing deeply.
Slowly rotate your head to look over one shoulder, holding for another 15-30 seconds.
Repeat on the other side.
