    How to: Neck Flexor Stretch

    1. Sit or stand up straight with a neutral spine.
    2. Gently tilt your head forward, bringing your chin towards your chest.
    3. Use your hands to apply gentle pressure to deepen the stretch.
    4. Hold for the desired time, then release slowly.

    Common Mistakes

    • Overstretching which can lead to pain.
    • Holding breath while stretching.
    • Not maintaining a neutral spine position.

    Modifications
