How to: Assisted Rotating Neck Stretch

  1. Sit or stand comfortably with your shoulders relaxed.
  2. Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards your shoulder.
  3. Using your hand, gently apply pressure for a deeper stretch.
  4. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, then switch to the other side.
