How to: Front and Back Neck Stretch
Sit or stand up straight with shoulders relaxed.
Gently tilt your head forward to stretch the back of your neck, hold for a few seconds.
Slowly tilt your head back to stretch the front of your neck, hold for a few seconds.
Repeat the forward and backward tilt for several repetitions.
