    How to: Front and Back Neck Stretch

    1. Sit or stand up straight with shoulders relaxed.
    2. Gently tilt your head forward to stretch the back of your neck, hold for a few seconds.
    3. Slowly tilt your head back to stretch the front of your neck, hold for a few seconds.
    4. Repeat the forward and backward tilt for several repetitions.
