    How to: Neck Circle Stretch

    1. Stand or sit with your back straight.
    2. Gently turn your head to the right and hold for a few seconds.
    3. Return to the center and repeat on the left side.
    4. Repeat the rotation in a circular motion, ensuring to go clockwise and then counterclockwise.
