    How to: Hack Calf Raise

    1. Place your feet shoulder-width apart on the sled machine.
    2. Lower your heels towards the ground to feel a stretch in your calves.
    3. Push through the balls of your feet to raise your heels as high as possible.
    4. Pause at the top for a moment, then lower back down slowly.
    5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

    Common Mistakes

    • Not engaging the calf muscles adequately.
    • Using excessive weight which leads to compromised form.
