    How to: Hack One Leg Calf Raise

    1. Position yourself on the sled machine with one leg on the platform and the other leg hanging off.
    2. With your supporting leg, press down and lift your heel until you are on your toes.
    3. Pause at the top and then slowly lower your heel back to the starting position.
    4. Repeat until you reach the desired number of repetitions, then switch legs.
