    How to: JackKnife

    1. Lie on your back with your arms extended above your head and legs straight.
    2. Simultaneously lift your legs and upper body off the ground, reaching your hands towards your feet.
    3. Hold the position for a moment before lowering back to the starting position.
    4. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
