    How to: Jump Pistol Squat Box

    1. Stand in front of a sturdy box or platform.
    2. Lift one leg off the ground and position it in front of you.
    3. Bend the standing leg and lower your body into a squat while keeping the other leg extended.
    4. Push through your standing heel to jump explosively onto the box.
    5. Land softly on the box and control your descent before stepping back down.
    6. Repeat the process for the desired number of reps.
