    How to: Kettlebell Dumbbell Sumo Squat off Stepbox

    1. Stand on a step box with your feet placed shoulder-width apart.
    2. Hold a kettlebell with both hands in front of you, arms extended down.
    3. Lower your body into a squat while keeping your chest up and back straight.
    4. Press through your heels to return to the starting position.
    5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

    Common Mistakes

    • Allowing knees to cave in during the squat.
    • Not going low enough in the squat.
    • Rounding the back instead of keeping it straight.

    Modifications

    • Use a lighter kettlebell or no weight for beginners.
