How to: Kettlebell Dumbbell Sumo Squat off Stepbox
Stand on a step box with your feet placed shoulder-width apart.
Hold a kettlebell with both hands in front of you, arms extended down.
Lower your body into a squat while keeping your chest up and back straight.
Press through your heels to return to the starting position.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
