How to: Kneeling Wrist Flexor Stretch
Kneel on the floor with your knees hip-width apart.
Extend one arm straight in front of you with the palm facing down.
With your other hand, gently pull back on the fingers of the extended arm to feel a stretch in the forearm.
Hold for 20-30 seconds, then switch to the other arm.

Overstretching which can cause pain.
Not keeping the elbow straight while stretching.

Perform while seated on a chair for added balance.
