    How to: Lever Calf Raise (bench press machine)

    1. Adjust the machine according to your height.
    2. Place your shoulders under the pads and your feet flat on the platform.
    3. Push through the balls of your feet and lift your heels as high as possible.
    4. Pause briefly at the top, then slowly lower your heels back down.
    5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

    Common Mistakes

    • Not using full range of motion.
    • Using excessive weight that compromises form.
    • Locking out the knees at the top of the movement.
