    How to: Lever Reverse Shoulder Press (plate loaded)

    1. Adjust the seat of the machine so that the handles are at shoulder height.
    2. Sit with your back against the seat and grasp the handles with a firm grip.
    3. Press the handles straight up, extending your arms fully without locking your elbows.
    4. Lower the handles back to the starting position in a controlled manner.
    5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
