    How to: Lever Shoulder Press (plate loaded)

    1. Sit on the leverage machine with your back firmly against the pad.
    2. Adjust the seat height so the handles are at shoulder height.
    3. Grasp the handles with a firm grip and engage your core.
    4. Press the handles upward until your arms are extended without locking your elbows.
    5. Slowly lower the handles back down to the starting position while maintaining control.
    6. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

    Common Mistakes

    • Excessive arching of the back during the press.
    • Not controlling the motion on the way down.
    • Letting the elbows drop below shoulder level.

    Modifications

    • Use a lighter weight to focus on form.
    • Perform the exercise seated to provide additional back support.
