    How to: Lying Toe Touch

    1. Lie flat on your back with your legs extended.
    2. Keep your arms extended towards your toes.
    3. Engage your core and lift your shoulders off the ground while reaching towards your toes.
    4. Hold for a moment, then lower back down to the start position.
