    How to: Machine Inner Chest Press

    1. Adjust the machine seat to be at chest level.
    2. Sit down and place your feet flat on the floor.
    3. Grip the handles with your palms facing forward.
    4. Push the handles forward until your arms are fully extended, and then return to the starting position.
