    How to: Mermaid

    1. Sit with your legs crossed or in a comfortable seated position.
    2. Place one hand on your opposite knee and gently twist your torso.
    3. Hold the position for a few seconds breathing deeply.
    4. Repeat on the other side.

    • Overstretching or pushing too hard.
    • Not engaging the core while performing the stretch.
