    How to: Mountain Climber Slide with Towel

    1. Start in a plank position with your hands on the ground and feet resting on a towel.
    2. Quickly slide one knee toward your chest while keeping the other leg extended.
    3. Return the knee back to the starting position and alternate legs quickly.
