    How to: Neck Extension Stretch

    1. Sit or stand in a comfortable position.
    2. Slowly tilt your head back, looking upwards toward the ceiling.
    3. Hold this position for 15-30 seconds, feeling a stretch along the front of your neck.
    4. Return your head to the neutral position.

    Common Mistakes
