How to: One Arm Towel Row
Attach a towel to a sturdy object at waist height.
Stand facing the towel, holding one end in one hand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
Step back to create tension on the towel.
Pull the towel towards your body, keeping your elbow close to your side.
Squeeze your shoulder blade back as you row the towel in.
Slowly return to the starting position and repeat.
