    How to: Push-up to Knee Tap

    1. Start in a plank position with your hands beneath your shoulders.
    2. Lower your body into a push-up.
    3. As you push back up, lift your knee towards your chest and tap it with the opposite hand.
    4. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.
    5. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
