    How to: Rocket Jump

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Bend your knees and lower your body into a squat.
    3. Explode upward, jumping as high as you can.
    4. Swing your arms upward to gain momentum.
    5. Land softly and immediately go into the next jump.

    Common Mistakes

    • Not bending the knees enough during landing.
    • Allowing the heels to rise too early when jumping.
    • Lifting too high without proper control.

    Modifications

    • Perform with a lower jump to reduce impact.
