How to: Shoulder Internal Rotation Test
Stand or sit comfortably with your arms at your sides.
Bring one arm up and bend your elbow at a 90-degree angle.
Rotate your arm inward and towards your body, maintaining a fixed elbow position.
Hold the position for a count of 10 seconds and return to starting position.
Repeat on the other side.

Letting the elbow extend away from the body.
Using excessive force instead of smooth movement.
