How to: Single Leg Step Up
Stand in front of a sturdy step or platform.
Place one foot on the step, ensuring your knee is directly above your ankle.
Press through your heel and step up, bringing the opposite knee up toward your chest.
Lower back down in a controlled manner and repeat for desired repetitions.
