    How to: Standing Side Neck Stretch

    1. Stand tall with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Gently tilt your head to one side, bringing your ear towards the shoulder.
    3. Keep the opposite shoulder down and avoid lifting it.
    4. Hold this position to feel the stretch on the side of your neck.
    5. Repeat on the other side.

    Common Mistakes

    • Rushing the stretch.
    • Holding breath during the stretch.
    • Overextending the neck beyond comfort.
