    How to: Standing Toe Up Calf Stretch

    1. Stand tall with your feet hip-width apart.
    2. Extend one leg in front of you, flexing the toes toward your shin.
    3. Keep your other foot flat on the ground.
    4. Lean forward slightly until you feel a stretch in the calf of the extended leg.
    5. Hold the position for the recommended time before switching to the other leg.

    Common Mistakes

    • Bouncing while stretching, which can cause strain.
    • Not keeping the heel on the ground during the stretch.
    • Rushing through the stretch without proper breathing.
