    How to: Step Out from Squat

    1. Start in a squat position with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Step out to the side with one foot while keeping the other foot planted.
    3. Return to the center and repeat on the other side.
    4. Continue alternating sides for the desired number of repetitions.
