    How to: Stepback Pulldown

    1. Stand with your feet hip-width apart and your arms overhead.
    2. Step back with one leg into a lunge position while lowering your arms downward.
    3. Return to the starting position and repeat on the opposite side.
    4. Continue alternating for the desired number of repetitions.
