How to: StrongMan Arm over Arm

    1. Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and hold the rope or object tightly.
    2. Bend slightly forward at the hips while keeping your back straight.
    3. Simultaneously pull the object towards your body using your arms and legs.
    4. Control the return movement to maintain tension.
    5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

    Common Mistakes

    • Rounding the back during the pull.
    • Using too much weight which compromises form.
    • Not engaging core muscles.

    Modifications

    • Use lighter weights or resistance bands instead of a heavy object.
    • Perform the exercise seated if standing is difficult.

    Tips

    • Engage your core throughout the movement for better balance.
    • Use a wide grip on the rope or object for better leverage.
    • Keep your back straight and avoid rounding your shoulders.
