    How to: Supine Windshield Wipers

    1. Lie flat on your back with your arms extended out to the sides.
    2. Bend your knees and lift your feet off the ground.
    3. Slowly lower your legs to one side while keeping your shoulders flat.
    4. Return to the center and then lower your legs to the opposite side.
