    How to: Twisted Leg Lunge Pose

    1. Start in a lunge position with your right foot forward and left leg back.
    2. Place your left elbow to the outside of your right knee.
    3. Twist your torso to the right while keeping both feet flat on the ground.
    4. Hold the pose for a few breaths, feeling the stretch in your core and hips.
    5. Return to the starting position and repeat on the other side.

    Common Mistakes

    • Allowing the knee to extend past the toes.
    • Not engaging the core, leading to poor form.
    • Overextending the arm instead of keeping it vertical.
