    How to: Animal Resting Yoga Pose

    1. Begin in a kneeling position with your big toes touching and knees apart.
    2. Lean forward, resting your torso on your thighs.
    3. Extend your arms in front of you or rest them at your sides.
    4. Relax your forehead on the mat and breathe deeply.
    5. Hold the position for up to one minute or longer.
