    How to: Bar Band Bent Over Row

    1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and hold a stick with both hands.
    2. Bend your knees slightly and hinge at your hips, keeping your back straight.
    3. Pull the stick towards your waist, squeezing your shoulder blades together.
    4. Lower the stick back to the starting position with control and repeat.
