    How to: Bent Arm Shoulder Stretch

    1. Stand or sit up straight with your feet shoulder-width apart.
    2. Bend one arm at the elbow, bringing it across your body.
    3. Use your other arm to gently press your bent arm toward your chest.
    4. Hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, feeling the stretch in your shoulder.
    5. Switch sides and repeat.

    Common Mistakes

    • Hunching the shoulders up towards the ears.
    • Not holding the stretch for enough time.
