How to: Cable one arm inner biceps curl

  1. Attach the cable to a low pulley and stand facing it.
  2. Grab the handle with one arm and step back to create tension.
  3. Keep your elbow close to your body, curl the handle towards your shoulder.
  4. Pause at the top of the movement, then slowly lower it back to the starting position.
  5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
