    How to: Cable Rear Delt Row (with rope)

    1. Stand in front of a cable machine with the rope attachment set at shoulder height.
    2. Grab the rope with both hands and take a step back to put tension on the cables.
    3. Pull the rope towards your face, separating the ends of the rope as you engage your rear deltoids.
    4. Squeeze at the top of the movement and then return to the starting position with control.
    5. Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

    • Using too much weight causing bad form.
    • Not fully extending arms during the movement.
    • Rounding the back instead of keeping it straight.
